This could be worded differently. "What happened" assumes I experienced something or that I am recording events. Most of my entries are musings or thoughts, so the prompt should be more open to different types of entries. I

One idea is to have an enum of categories: verse, encounter, revelation, musing. However even that could be difficult to pin down.

Using feeeform labels to categorize different entries would be good.
